Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead sterile processing staff and oversee workflow.
• Manage supplies inventory across Sterile Processing.
• Oversee instrument decontamination, processing, sterilization, storage.
• Conduct quality audits of instrument assembly.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.
• Coordinate case cart assembly and delivery.
• Monitor sterilization processes and QA standards.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to implement process improvements.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct appraisals.
• Respond to complaints with leadership and risk management.
