Harris Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of OR case carts across the facility. The role includes supporting the program manager with HR tasks and adapting to high-pressure environments to ensure patient safety.
Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma, CRCST/CSPDT/CST certification (or obtain within 1 year), and at least 3 years of Sterile Processing/OR experience, with demonstrated leadership

The Sterile Processing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the workflow processes of decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, instrumentation, storage and preparation and distribution of OR case carts, as well as distribution of instrumentation for other Nursing units and Ambulatory Care Services. The Sterile Processing Supervisor: assists the program manager in human resource-related functions; demonstrates personal and professional effectiveness; willingness to delegate job duties; acceptance of new ideas; and the ability to work under stressful conditions.
