Job summary

Advocate Health's Lexington Sterile Processing Services seeks an experienced SPD Supervisor to lead operations during the 3pm–11pm shift. You will guide SPD staff, ensure timely instrument availability, and uphold safety and compliance standards in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in Sterile Processing and CSPDT certification. Strong communication and computer skills, including Excel and PeopleSoft, are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with two years' Sterile Processing experience.
• CSPDT certification is required.
• Sterile processing knowledge and ability to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPD employees and supervise when assigned.
• Assist SPD Supervisor with production requirements.
• Coordinate case carts and instrument needs with OR team.
• Maintain compliance logs and enforce department policies.
