Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and education to SPD employees.
• Assume role of Sterile Processing Supervisor when assigned.
• Assist with maintaining department production requirements.
• Manage case carts and communicate issues.
• Ensure optimal equipment function and report issues.

Skills

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Ability to work with computer programs such as Excel

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Certification as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT)
