Responsibilities

• Serve as Sterile Processing Supervisor when assigned.
• Lead SPD staff to meet department production requirements.
• Assist with case carts management and communicate issues to the Sterile Processing Supervisor.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report issues to supervisor or appropriate department.
• Maintain departmental compliance logs and enforce policies.
• Participate in special projects and interdepartmental committees.
• Follow approved policies to prevent spread of bloodborne and airborne diseases.
