Dorsey College is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician Instructor to deliver high-quality classroom instruction across lecture, clinical, and lab formats. You will ensure students achieve course objectives, assess learning, and promote retention and success under the Education department.

The role demands motivation, fairness, and professional conduct. Responsibilities include planning lessons, evaluating progress, and guiding students through attendance and coursework.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sterile Processing Technician courses require a degree, diploma, or certificate in the field taught from a post-secondary institution.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred, as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver quality classroom instruction in lecture, clinical, and/or laboratory formats.
• Assess student learning using appropriate methods.
• Demonstrate effectiveness with strong outcomes in student retention and attendance.
• Conduct engaging classroom lectures and hands-on labs.
• Advise students on attendance, grades, and issues for successful completion.
• Maintain classroom environment per campus policies and professional standards.
