Qualifications

• CSPDT or CST preferred with current Professional State Licensure under IDFPR.
• 3+ years Surgical environment experience.
• 1+ years teaching or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, e-mail, and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Promotes staff growth and autonomy within SPD.
• Defines and evaluates orientation programs for SPD staff.
• Provides competency-based education for associates.
• Mentors staff and monitors performance and engagement.
