Qualifications

• 3+ years Surgical environment experience.
• 1+ years teaching or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support staff growth and development.
• Orient SPD associates to policies, procedures and specific functions: decontamination, instrument assembly, sterilization, case cart assembly, equipment handling.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff and monitor engagement and performance.
