Job summary

2810 Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. seeks a Central Sterile Processing Clinical Educator II to lead onboarding, competency validation, and professional development for Sterile Processing staff.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, provide hands-on instruction, develop training materials, maintain records, and support certification prep to ensure safe, compliant patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree.
• CRCST certification from Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) required.
• 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands‑on instruction, coaching, and competency validation in sterile processing.
• Coordinates onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees and learners.
• Develops and delivers educational programs, in‑service events, and training materials.
• Maintains training records, certification documentation, and competency records.
• Collaborates with leaders to monitor progress and support orientation completion.
