Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Technician to join our onsite team in Gilbert, AZ. You will contribute to high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical services by accurately processing prescriptions and maintaining strict standards of precision.

Work hours are Monday–Friday with two possible shifts. Starting pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, with opportunities to grow as you hone your skills across three performance levels in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of GED or high school diploma.
• Active State Technician and PTCB license (or Technician Trainee).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Engage in our production fulfillment zones, meeting KPIs to ensure patients receive the best care.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in every prescription.
• Process prescription volume across beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
• This position is onsite with regular sitting, standing, and computer use, and occasional lifting.
