Job summary

Strive Pharmacy, a Gilbert, Arizona-based compounding pharmacy, seeks a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment to join our patient-centric team. You will process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, contribute to KPIs, and support high-quality patient care in an onsite environment.

The role emphasizes precision, data entry accuracy, and use of pharmacy software systems, with a 7:30 PM–6:00 AM schedule, and a $21.00–$23.00 hourly base plus $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License and/or PTCB certification preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active State Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting with a proven track record of accuracy in data entry and fulfillment roles.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and comfort working with pharmacy software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Customer service background with a dedication to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Work Environment:
