Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment to join our patient-focused, compounding team. You will process prescriptions with precision, support production zones, and help achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role offers Friday–Sunday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with pay between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential. A valid tech license, PTCB, and data-entry accuracy are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting with accuracy in data entry and fulfillment.
• Comfort with pharmacy software systems and strong attention to detail.

• Advanced: Exceed 175 prescriptions per day, leading the way in efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active State Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting with a proven track record of accuracy in data entry and fulfillment roles.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and comfort working with pharmacy software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Customer service background with a dedication to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Work Environment
