Job summary
Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment to join our patient-focused, compounding team. You will process prescriptions with precision, support production zones, and help achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
This onsite role offers Friday–Sunday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with pay between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential. A valid tech license, PTCB, and data-entry accuracy are preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Active State Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting with accuracy in data entry and fulfillment.
- Comfort with pharmacy software systems and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Engage in production fulfillment zones to meet KPIs and ensure patient care.
- Maintain high accuracy in processing prescriptions.
- Meet daily prescription targets across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
