Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacist for the overnight team to ensure clinical excellence, patient safety, and efficient operations during critical production hours.

You will review prescriptions, perform calculations, and conduct quality checks for sterile and non-sterile preparations, while counseling patients and supporting providers with appropriate therapy decisions.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active Arizona Pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy.
• Perform compounding calculations and verify ingredients.
• Visually check sterile and non-sterile lots and individual prescriptions.
• Provide counseling to patients and guidance to providers on dosing.
• Adhere to SOPs, state regulations, and industry standards.
