Job summary

Strive Pharmacy, a Gilbert, Arizona-based compounding pharmacy, seeks a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment to join our patient-centric team. You will process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, contribute to KPIs, and support high-quality patient care in an onsite environment.

The role emphasizes precision, data entry accuracy, and use of pharmacy software systems, with a 7:30 PM–6:00 AM schedule, and a $21.00–$23.00 hourly base plus $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License and/or PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process 50–100 prescriptions per day initially, rising with performance.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in fulfillment.
• Meet KPI-driven goals in production fulfillment zones.
• Operate with strong technical precision to ensure safety and quality.
