Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on process equipment within a regulated production area, including setup/changeovers in aseptic environments up to Class 100. The role requires troubleshooting, training operators, and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Supervisory, mentoring, or development experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuild, changeover, and inspection work on process related equipment.
• Install, test, adjust, repair, and perform line turnarounds and preventative maintenance per procedures.
• Complete documentation and required functions in the work order system to close out activities under cGMP.
• Responsible for equipment performance through data monitoring in the operating area.
• Provide training to operators for equipment setup and minor adjustments or repairs.
• Install new equipment and oversee equipment upgrades according to SOPs.
• Perform 5S activities and maintain organization of operating areas.
• Work under supervision of Maintenance Manager, Process Managers, or Engineers.
