Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Supervisor of Maintenance for Sterile Operations on the night shift in West Chester, OH. The role focuses on maintenance of process equipment, changeovers, and troubleshooting in a Class 100 aseptic environment.

You will train operators, support continuous improvement projects, and ensure cGMP/OSHA compliant performance. Night shift requires strong leadership and hands-on mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience supervising, mentoring, or developing team members.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance for process equipment.
• Support setup and changeovers for equipment in classified areas up to Class 100 aseptic.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical issues and train Operators on setup and minor repairs.
• Document work in the CMMS and ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and site SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in 5S and housekeeping activities.
