Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician to aid our day-to-day sterile lab operations in Gilbert, AZ. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and hands-on training in a patient-focused compounding environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and ready to obtain the required Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee license before starting. This is a full-time, on-site position with a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee license or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must wear PPE and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the sterile lab by cleaning, calibrating, and wrapping lab beakers and equipment.
• Utilize specialized lab equipment including ovens and autoclaves.
• Label vials, restock labs, and ensure adequate stock levels of laboratory supplies.
• Routinely check inventory for outdated or soon-to-expire chemicals.
• Perform other laboratory support duties as assigned.
