Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician to support day-to-day sterile lab operations and gain hands-on experience in a compounding setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and patient-centered care.

This onsite position offers comprehensive training and exposure to multiple workflows within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, AZ Pharmacy Technician Trainee license or a willingness to obtain one, strong

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee license or willingness to obtain one prior to starting.
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational and time-management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must wear all required protective gear (PPE).
Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Support the sterile lab by cleaning, calibrating, and wrapping lab beakers and equipment.
Utilize specialized lab equipment including ovens and autoclaves.
Label vials, restock labs, and ensure adequate stock levels of laboratory supplies.
Routinely check inventory for outdated or soon-to-expire chemicals.
Perform other laboratory support duties as assigned.
