Strive Compounding Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The role supports day-to-day sterile lab operations with comprehensive hands-on training and exposure to multiple workflows, emphasizing detail and patient care.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, able to work efficiently both independently and with a team, and comfortable with lab safety protocols and protective gear. On-site schedule Mon-Thu nights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee license or willing to obtain before starting.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be capable of donning and wearing all required protective gear.
• Must be capable of lifting and moving items, including ingredients, weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the sterile lab by cleaning, calibrating, and wrapping lab beakers and equipment.
• Utilize specialized lab equipment including ovens and autoclaves.
• Label vials, restock labs, and ensure adequate stock levels of laboratory supplies.
• Routinely check inventory for outdated or soon-to-expire chemicals.
• Perform other laboratory support duties as assigned
