Strive Pharmacy is seeking a detail‑oriented Lab Support to assist day‑to‑day sterile laboratory operations. This entry‑level role offers comprehensive training in cleanroom workflows, quality control, and compounding support.

Responsibilities include labeling, stocking, equipment operation (autoclaves, sterilization ovens), cleanroom compliance, inventory audits, and maintaining logs. Requires a high school diploma and Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee license or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License (or willing to obtain).
• Attention to detail for labeling, packaging and verification.

Responsibilities

• Labeling & stocking to maintain inventory.
• Sterile lab support and SOP-compliant procedures.
• Operate autoclaves and sterilization equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and documentation.
• Perform audits of inventory and expiration dates.
• Record maintenance and environmental logs.
• Assist compounding team with general tasks.
