Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Support to assist daily sterile lab operations. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and hands-on exposure to cleanroom workflows, quality control, and pharmaceutical processes.

The position is onsite in Gilbert with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, paying $21 per hour. Ideal for candidates aiming to grow in a patient-centered compounding environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active AZ Pharmacy Technician Trainee License or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
• Excellent attention to detail on high-precision tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Labeling & stocking lab supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Sterile lab support: cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and wrapping lab glassware and equipment.
• Operate specialized lab machinery, including autoclaves and sterilizers.
• Maintain cleanroom compliance per USP <797> and USP <800> guidelines.
• Perform inventory and expiration audits with documentation.
• Record maintenance, calibration, and environmental logs.
• Support the compounding team with general lab tasks.
