Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician for day-to-day sterile lab operations support. You will assist compounders, label, bottle, and count capsules, while ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

On-site role with Monday–Friday schedule and a compensation range of $19–$21 per hour. Prior pharmacy or lab experience is preferred; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Must wear PPE and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lab Support & Compound Prep: assist with prep tasks, bottle, label, count capsules, wash equipment
• Packaging & Quality Control: pack non-sterile dosage forms per Strive standards
• Inventory & Supply Management: monitor, restock, stage supplies, flag discrepancies
• Cleaning & Compliance: perform lab cleaning following SOPs and PPE protocols
• Documentation & Team Support: data entry in LifeFile and spreadsheets
