Strive Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Support to assist day-to-day sterile laboratory operations in Gilbert, AZ. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training in cleanroom workflows, quality control, and compounding processes.

The position emphasizes labeling accuracy, equipment handling, and strict adherence to SOPs. Onsite full-time schedule, with PPE compliance and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active AZ Pharmacy Technician Trainee License required or willingness to obtain.
• Detail-oriented with precision in labeling, packaging, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Gowning capabilities: PPE such as masks, gloves, lab coats, etc.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Labeling vials, packaging, and supplies; maintain inventory levels.
• Clean, sanitize, calibrate, and wrap lab beakers and equipment per SOPs.
• Operate specialized lab equipment including autoclaves and sterilizers.
• Maintain cleanroom standards per USP <797> and USP <800> guidelines.
• Perform inventory and expiration audits; document findings.
• Record maintenance, calibration, and environmental cleaning logs.
• Support other laboratory tasks to aid the compounding team.
