Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with compensation between $19 and $21 per hour.

The technician will support day-to-day sterile lab operations, assist compounders, handle packaging, inventory, and quality control, and ensure compliance with GMP/USP protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one before start.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist compounders with prep tasks and labeling of products.
• Package finished non-sterile dosage forms accurately per Strive quality standards.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and flag discrepancies.
• Perform daily cleaning and adherence to GMP/USP protocols.
• Document data entry in LifeFile and related systems.
