Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II, In-Line Inspector to support sterile filling inspection operations in an Ohio facility. You will inspect materials, run automated inspection equipment, perform line clearances, and document batch records in a cGMP environment.

The role requires 12-hour night shift availability, adherence to SOPs, and participation in lean and process-improvement activities. Prior GMP manufacturing exposure and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow SOPs.
• Basic mathematical proficiency for weights, measures and conversions.
• Follow written procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of cGMP/GDP and lean manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material visually and physically to ensure outgoing quality and escalate as needed.
• Operate automated and manual inspection equipment and monitor status.
• Perform line clearances and batch record entries; support improvement activities.
• Maintain GMP documentation and logs, and support lean initiatives.
• Inventory control using SAP in a limited role and ensure safe handling.
