Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA is seeking candidates for R&D Operations roles in the Rahway FLEx Center to support drug product development and GMP clinical supply of sterile dosage forms.

Roles involve hands-on processing, room setup, equipment prep, cleaning, and documentation in GMP systems, collaborating with formulators, engineers, QA, and facilities to drive performance in the clinical pipeline. 1st shift, 100% on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with GMP documentation and electronic systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and clean equipment and facilities for clinical development and manufacturing.
• Maintain inventories and transport processing equipment, materials, and products.
• Complete GMP documentation in paper and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support process development.
• Participate in safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
