Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our onsite team in Gilbert, AZ. You will prepare custom sterile meds under pharmacist supervision, following SOPs with a focus on quality and safety.

This role requires an Arizona tech license, national certification, and at least one year of sterile compounding experience in a high-volume setting. The position is full-time in a cleanroom environment with equipment handling and regulatory compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License and national certification required.
• Minimum 1 year sterile compounding in high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of USP 795/797 and FDA 503B guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sterile compounding of injectable medications following procedures.
• Collaborate with Pharmacists and QA teams to ensure compliance.
• Maintain calibration logs and documentation for quality procedures.
