Job summary

Restorative Compounding Pharmacy + Wellness in Michigan is seeking a full-time sterile compounding pharmacist to oversee daily operations and ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

The role covers sterile and non-sterile compounding, collaboration with leadership and technicians, and opportunities for growth as the practice expands. This is a pharmacist-led, locally owned operation focused on clinical excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Verify and check non-sterile and sterile compounded prescriptions for accuracy, quality, and patient safety.
• Support sterile and non-sterile compounding workflow as needed.
• Counsel patients and communicate with prescribers when necessary.
• Supervise, support, and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and compounding staff.
• Ensure adherence to USP 795, 797, and 800 standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and quality assurance records.
• Participate in inventory management, ordering, and medication handling.
• Contribute to SOP adherence, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability and excellence.

Position Overview

We are seeking afull-time sterile compounding pharmacistwith experience inboth non-sterile and sterile compoundingto support and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values quality, compliance, and teamwork — and who wants to be part of a pharmacy where their expertise truly matters.

You will work closely with pharmacy leadership, technicians, and lab staff to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.
