Hims & Hers is seeking a Compliance Pharmacist to serve as the 503A designee for the sterile compounding facility. You will ensure licensure, support CQI, and maintain regulatory readiness across USP 797/800 and state boards.

The role emphasizes governance, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality and Training to sustain high compliance standards in a fast-growing healthcare company.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sterile compounding experience.
• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school.
• Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP).
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to obtain reciprocal licenses in other states.
• Strong working knowledge of USP <797>, <800>, and state board regulations.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, or regulatory inquiries.
• Excellent attention to detail with documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable processes.
• Experience in sterile compounding, pharmacy compliance, or quality roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Designee for the 503A pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure active state pharmacist licensure and fulfill backup PIC responsibilities as needed.
• Act as a member of the CQI Committee and facilitate CQI processes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with USP <797> and <800>, state boards and internal policies.
• Design, execute and maintain a self-inspection program for sterile compounding.
• Implement changes to ensure compliance and complete Board of Pharmacy checklists.
• Support the PIC in maintaining licensure, registrations, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee compliance aspects of sterile compounding operations with QA team.
• Assist in review/approval of sterile SOPs, documentation and records.
