Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Pharmacist with sterile compounding expertise to serve as the PIC Designee for a 503A pharmacy.

You will ensure operations meet federal, state, and professional standards while partnering with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to sustain a strong culture of compliance, quality, and patient safety. You will lead self-inspections, maintain licensure, and oversee USP , , and board requirements, driving continuous quality improvements across the sterile

Qualifications

• 5 years of sterile compounding experience.
• Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) certification.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to obtain reciprocal licenses in other states.

Responsibilities

• Act as Designee for the 503A pharmacy per applicable regulations and USP standards.
• Maintain active state pharmacist licensure and fulfill backup PIC responsibilities.
• Participate in CQI process and ensure regulatory alignment of sterile compounding SOPs.
• Support USP <797> and <800> compliance and state board requirements.
• Design, execute and maintain a self-inspection program for sterile compounding and quality improvements.
• Assist in regulatory readiness, inspections, and audits; review SOPs and records.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Legal to manage compliance risks and regulatory changes.
• Travel as needed for regulatory inquiries and inspections.
