Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented compounding pharmacy technician to own the setup and day-to-day operation of our compounding compliance software. You will configure the system to document and track everything required by USP 795, 797, and 800, train the team, and report on compliance to leadership.

You will be the go-to expert on how the system works and what it must capture to stay inspection-ready. This on-site role reports to the Director, 503A Non-Sterile Compounding Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compounding experience (sterile, non-sterile, or both).
• Strong working knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> documentation and competency requirements.
• Current registration as a Certified/Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state they reside.

Responsibilities

• Configure the compounding compliance software before the facility starts compounding.
• Ensure reports demonstrate compliance with each chapter.
• Train staff on the software before their first shift.
