Hims & Hers Health, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented compounding pharmacy technician to own the setup and day-to-day operation of our compounding compliance software.

You will configure the system so it documents and tracks everything required by USP <795>, <797>, and <800>, train the compounding team to use it, and report on compliance to pharmacy leadership. You will be the go-to expert on how the system works and what it must capture to keep us inspection-ready.

Formación

• 3+ years of compounding experience (sterile, non-sterile, or both).
• Strong working knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> documentation and competency requirements.
• Current registration as a Certified/Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state where they reside.
• Experience teaching or training others, ideally on software or technical procedures.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, such as reviewing records to spot documentation gaps.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with compounding, quality, or compliance software.

Responsabilidades

• Configure the compliance software before the facility starts compounding, including tasks, documentation, and competency assessments aligned to USP <795>, <797>, and <800>.
• Confirm the system can generate reports that demonstrate compliance with each chapter.
• Train compounding staff on the software and ensure everyone is trained before their first compounding shift.
• Run daily compliance reports and share results with the Compounding Manager, Pharmacist, and Lead Compounding Pharmacists.
• Run monthly reports and deliver a detailed summary, including gaps, trends, and recommended fixes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and answer staff questions; elevate to the software vendor when needed.
