University of Kentucky is looking for a STEPS HIM Technician to join the EVPHA Information Technology department in Lexington, KY. The role involves collecting, sorting, scanning and indexing patient medical records with strict accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include quality checks, error escalation to the team lead, providing SWAT scanning support for clinics, and managing fax/work queues while troubleshooting chart issues and retrieving charts as needed.
