Job summary

Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is hiring an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on a part-time days schedule (2 x 12 hour shifts per week, some weekends) in Snellville, GA. The PCU serves as a bridge between ICU and Medical-Surgical units and is supported by a skilled care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license; BLS certification.
• New graduates eligible for PRN positions; experience preferred in hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across birth to discharge.
• Document patient care and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with care team and communicate with Charge Nurse and physicians.
