Job summary

Incredible Health in Philadelphia, PA is actively hiring a Registered Nurse for the PCU / Stepdown unit. Nurses with experience in bariatric care, BiPAP monitoring, COVID, CVA, cardiac drips, DKA, or high acuity cases are strongly encouraged to apply.

The role requires an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 1 year in stepdown or similar high‑acuity areas. You will monitor vitals, manage IV drips, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• ADN degree or higher in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year experience in stepdown or high-acuity settings preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Care for medium to high acuity patients with careful vital signs monitoring.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers for optimal care.
• Educate patients and families on managing conditions and use of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with policies.
