Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Stepdown in Raleigh, NC. This inpatient RN role focuses on higher-acuity care and stepdown monitoring for medically complex patients.

You will manage sepsis, pneumonia, cardiac drips, dialysis, and post-catheterization recovery while collaborating with physicians and the care team. A $15k signing bonus is offered, with a competitive salary and on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or Compact RN license.
• Inpatient hospital RN experience required.
• Med-Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care or Stepdown experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with sepsis, pneumonia, diabetes, sickle cell disease and complex GI conditions.
• Manage patients requiring stepdown-level monitoring and higher-acuity nursing care.
• Care for patients receiving cardiac drips.
• Manage patients recovering after cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Care for patients requiring peritoneal dialysis.
