Incredible Health in the Cape May Court House, NJ area is hiring a Registered Nurse for PCU/Stepdown. The role focuses on patients with medium to high acuity, including those needing BiPAP/CPAP support, post-cardiac care, or high-risk conditions.

Full benefits and multiple shift options are available. The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, is actively licensed as an RN, and brings 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing is required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, monitoring vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and equipment use.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records according to policies.
