Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication with patients and team.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and implement patient care plans.
• Collaborate with health care team to promote quality patient care.
• Verify and document orders in the EHR.
• Develop patient education plans and respond to changing needs.
• Potentially act as Charge Nurse when assigned.
• Provide learning experiences for staff and students.
