Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population. The RN will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, evidence-based care, execute care plans, and educate patients and families.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, current NH RN licensure and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. The department emphasizes collaboration, patient safety, and adherence to standards.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades
