Job summary

ARCTOS a DCS company is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the Next-Gen Discovery program at USAFA in Colorado Springs,CO. You will act as the local face of a premier STEM outreach initiative and oversee week-long camps and internships for students of various ages.

Responsibilities include program management, data tracking, and coordinating with WPAFB, schools, and community partners to build a strong pipeline for the Air Force workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; STEM or education background is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in project management, educational coordination, or similar leadership roles.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for government access (NACI/SF85).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to leadership, educators, parents, and students.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local point of contact between the installation and the Next-Gen Discovery Program Managers at WPAFB.
• Ensure branding, values, and curriculum are implemented with high quality and professionalism.
• Manage local program data, track student metrics, and inventory laptops, kits, and technology.
• Plan and run Summer STEM Camps, secure locations, and schedule activities; recruit and onboard teachers; coordinate base tours and SMEs.
• Coordinate student onboarding, base access, and CAC security processing; conduct welfare checks and coordinate final presentations.
• Organize professional development events and manage local community outreach and recruitment.
