ARCTOS seeks a Lead Site Coordinator & Curriculum Developer at Wright‑Patterson AFB to oversee the Next‑Gen Discovery program. You will design hands‑on STEM curricula and manage nationwide high school and college internship programs, with real‑time budget forecasting.

As central hub for site coordinators at Eglin, Hill, and USAFA, you will ensure program quality, coordination with remote teams, and scalable learning opportunities across installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in STEM, Education, or Curriculum Design (or related field).
• Minimum 3 years in educational program management, curriculum development, or leadership with budget oversight.
• U.S. citizen eligible for government trustworthiness determination (NACI/SF85).
• Experience with budget tracking, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination with remote teams and academic partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WPAFB site coordination and camp logistics.
• Develop and test mission-critical STEM curricula for Next-Gen Discovery camps.
• Manage enterprise internship programs (high school and college).
• Provide real-time budget forecasting and cost analysis for the program.
• Coordinate with remote site coordinators and USAFA for national scale initiatives.
