Job summary

Guardians of Honor, LLC (GOH) seeks an organized, technically capable, and mission-focused Program Coordinator to support education and community outreach programs that connect students, educators, families, and community partners with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) learning experiences.

The Program Coordinator will support outreach planning and delivery, curriculum activities, program administration, community events, facility operations, and a hands-on maker space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 2 years of program coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating education, outreach, events, or youth programs.
• Strong project coordination, organization, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program administration, scheduling, records management, and metrics reporting.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute STEM education and community outreach events.
• Engage scientists and engineers to support outreach initiatives and maker-space activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized on-site office and maker-space operations.
• Communicate STEM concepts and support demonstrations for diverse audiences.
