Qualifications

• Computer and data proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Background in STEM or education preferred.
• Experience with database tools and data collection platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supports organization, planning, and execution of STEM Outreach Programs.
• Provides administrative support including payments and accounting processes.
• Maintains datasets in Dynamics and processes new datasets from online forms.
• Responds to email inquiries and communicates with program participants.
• Engages educators via digital channels and social media.
• Analyzes participant feedback and assists in reports.
• Contributes to other departmental projects and duties.
• Supports programs during competition weeks, including travel.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communications.
• Organizes data and manages multiple tasks efficiently.
