Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of professional experience working with postsecondary students.
• Experience coordinating educational programs and managing grants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the MESA Program and track grant deliverables.
• Ensure grant compliance and prepare required programmatic and fiscal reports.
• Monitor expenditures and assist with budget planning.
• Recruit, advise, and coordinate student services and tutoring.
• Plan workshops, outreach events, and partnerships with campus and industry.
