Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in college-level mathematics (or equivalent experience).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centered approach.
• Reliability, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality of student records.
• Completion of CRLA required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group mathematics tutoring to a diverse student population.
• Maintain tutoring documentation for each session.
• Collaborate with faculty and Student Success teams to support learning outcomes.
• Contribute to workforce readiness by strengthening students' mathematical concepts.
