Job summary

IREX is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Building Tomorrow: STEM and Opportunity project based in Jordan. The role focuses on coordinating daily program activities to increase access to STEM careers for youth, working with partners, schools, and the private sector.

You will support the development and execution of deliverables, timelines, and reports while liaising with partners and coordinating events and trainings. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably with schoolchildren and youth.
• Very good command of English and Arabic (written and oral).
• Experience supporting MEL activities, including data collection and reporting, preferred.
• Experience contributing to planning large events and procurement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with program partners and private sector stakeholders to support goals and objectives.
• Conduct monitoring trips and field visits across Jordan to support implementation.
• Contribute to MEL activities, including data collection, documentation, and reporting.
• Support event planning, procurement, logistics, and coordination for program activities and events.
• Collaborate with the program team to support ToT activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
