Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; bachelor’s preferred for advancement.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, or offices.
• Familiarity with STEM education and K-12 contexts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across curriculum development, professional learning, coaching, implementation and field testing.
• Schedule project meetings and agendas; record notes and action items.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain organized project documentation.
• Support educator professional learning, travel, lodging, and logistics.
• Track budgets, expenditures, stipends, and reimbursements.
• Support research and evaluation activities and data collection logistics.
