Job summary

Banner Health in Gilbert, AZ seeks an experienced Stem Cell Transplant/Oncology RN for night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), three 12-hour shifts weekly, with an 18% night differential and weekend differential when applicable.

Care includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiation, with close collaboration with MD Anderson Cancer Center. The role emphasizes nursing excellence, scholarship, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Stem Cell Transplant/Cellular Therapy nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans with the team.
• Implement and document nursing care per policy and orders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
• Participate in stem cell transplant/cellular therapy competencies and training.
• Promote quality outcomes through evidence-based practice and patient safety.
