Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care/Med-Surg nursing is desirable.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop a care plan.
• Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg/Oncology units.
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in patient records.
• Contribute to patient education and discharge planning.
